Read more →Yes. Send us a drawing, the machine model, or the worn part with basic dimensions. We reverse-engineer the geometry and manufacture a matched set, confirming the drawing with you before production.
Standard options include 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel and bimetallic (alloy-lined) barrels, selected according to your resin, filler content and expected service life.
Lead time depends on size, material and heat treatment. Because machining is done in-house, we confirm a realistic schedule together with the quotation.
Each set is rust-protected and fixed inside a wooden case with clear marking, suitable for sea, air and express shipment.
Our technical team is happy to help with material selection and machine matching.
