A matched conical twin set cleared dimensional and hardness inspection and left our Jiaozuo workshop for export shipment.
A matched screw and barrel set finished inspection this week: hardness records, bore roundness, centre distance and taper all checked against the drawing, then rust-protected and crated for export.
When the screw comes from one supplier and the barrel from another, nobody owns the clearance between them. You assemble the two and hope the numbers add up. We machine both parts from one order, so the flight-land-to-bore clearance is set on our floor and written on an inspection sheet before anything is packed.
On a twin set there is a second dimension that matters just as much: the centre distance and the taper of the two bores. Those decide whether the screws run true for years or start to rub within weeks. Both are measured and recorded for every set we ship.
The inspection sheet travels with the goods. If your own quality team wants the numbers before payment, or you prefer third-party verification, we can arrange SGS or TÜV inspection and send a video of the measurement being taken.
Each part is cleaned, treated with rust inhibitor, wrapped in VCI film with desiccant, then blocked and strapped inside a heat-treated wooden case so nothing can shift. We photograph the set inside the case before closing the lid, and the case markings match your packing list.
Send your machine model, drawing or worn sample — we reply with a matching proposal and quotation within one business day.
